This inaugural ‘Move Freely’ workshop will be on Saturday 28th March 10am-12pm. The aim for these workshops is for you to move your body with ease through different planes of movement.
The first one in these series of workshops will focus on Backbends.
The way we live now, can be helped.
These days, lifestyle means that we spend most of our time hunching over, poking our chin forwards and closing the front of the body. These factors can cause tension in the neck and upper back as well as restrict our breathing.
In this energising two hour workshop, time will be spent on movements and postures to encourage the opening to front of the body and extend the spine safely. The practice will finish with grounding postures and an extended shavasana to slow down both body and mind.
£25pp including tea and sweet treats in the dining room after practice.
