YogaSpace Yorkshire

YogaSpace Yorkshire offers yoga and pilates retreats throughout the year. We also hold events for wellbeing practices, creative practices, walking, cycling and women’s circles.

Some are residential and some will be day workshop-style retreats.

Retreats may be led by our own in-house team or be led by visiting yoga teachers.

We offer 2 types of retreats

Fully catered vegan/vegetarian weekends and weeks – we have a chef – Groups of up to 19 (max occupancy – group sizes are usually 12/14 plus one teacher

Self- catering  – these are available when you book the self-catering cottages (see www.dalesendcottages.co.uk for pictures and details) and use one set of rooms with an en-suite bathroom in the house. All catering is done for your group by you, or your cook, using the cottage cooking facilities. Group size is 10.

We offer full refund on your cottage accommodation if you book a self-catering retreat and wish to cancel up to 2 days before the arrival date.

Please note: find out what fees may be due for the studio use if you do make a cancellation.

How our retreat weekends work.

Weekend residential retreats start from around 3 pm on Friday and finish around 2 pm on Sunday.

Every retreat schedule depends on the retreat leader or facilitator.
